Procedures

1.Inquiry for the venue availability
2.Email corresponding for consultation and quotation
3.Application to finalize the wedding package

Saipan Arrival
1. On-site meeting with the wedding coordinator, reconfirmation and verifying of the wedding
ceremony details, and explanation of wedding itinerary
2. Optional suggestions (ie: Reception and costume rental), and Payment completion

Wedding day
1. Hair set and make-up dressing ( 1 hour 30 minutes)
2. The coordinator will pick you up in your room
3. Transportation to the wedding venue (using Lincoln Limousine)
4. Wedding ceremony about 30 minutes
5. Photo shooting time about 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes
6. Reception party (optional)

cancel policy

Cancellation policy

Payment: Cash, Credit cards (VISA, MASTER,JCB)
Must be paid in 14 days before wedding day.
Cancellation fee will apply based on number of days prior to the wedding ceremony date mentioned below.
Cancellation charge:
30 to 15 days before the wedding day ⇒ 30% of the charge
14 to 04 days before the wedding day ⇒ 50% of the charge
03th of the wedding day ~ wedding day ⇒ 100% of the fee
